I made popovers for my parents' anniversary using that recipe. It made exactly 6 in regular coffee mugs. They were delicious!An additional tip, however: if you think you've poured too much into one cup and too little into another DO NOT pour the difference into the other cup. Having a trail of batter running up the side ruins the puffiness! Either use a spoon or a baster or get over it.

This is the second I've heard of the Elvis commemorative candy. They sound gross to me (I don't really like banana flavor), but I like the idea. As the informed among you may have noticed, Hershey has been putting out new versions of the Hershey kiss like there's no tomorrow. Among these is the caramel Kiss (at left, in the copper). It ain't a bad idea. One might argue that it violates the simplicity once demonstrated by the humble kiss, but that's up for debate. The fact that they are molded rather that exuded bothers me a little.

The concept behind this candy is that it's an Reese's Cup turned inside out. The thought of that sounds pretty gross to me: waxy peanut-flavored outside with who-knows-what inside.I should've just trusted the Hershey's people.The cup does indeed look like an inside out Reese's cup, but the peanut-butter outside is not waxy at all.
