I was going to review these caramels first. I was. See, I took a picture of the family cache.
Then slashfood and Candy Blog both reviewed them.
So I will just say that they are delicious and salty, but not too salty. If you subscribe to Cook's Illustrated, which you should, they just published a piece on how salt really DOES make a difference in how we taste things.
I am tempted to use them to make pecan turtles.
